Rocky was very responsive with communication and happy to provide further details, the price was great and the cheapest I'd found for this particular type of Smeg oven. It was delivered fromAdelaide to Melbourne within days, and it looks and works fabulously. Well recommended.

Excellent service from Rocky & the installers were very professional. Needed a quick replacement dishwasher. Was delivered & installed within 2days. I bought a SMEG dishwasher which was close to half price compared to major stores as it was a factory second ( it’s unmarked, works. great & super quiet compared to my old Miele ). It also gets the 1yr warranty.

Rocky supported with the selection of our new kitchen cooktop and was very professional, efficient, friendly and thorough throughout the whole process. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and did an exceptional job at providing us with a range of options to choose from. He also ensured that all of our measurements were accurate and importantly that the Cooktop was the right fit and style for our kitchen. Overall, Rocky and The Appliance Group went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the outcome. Their prices were very fair and competitive. This is a fantastic company to deal with, I recently bought a dishwasher 1/2 price because of a minor imperfection that I didn’t even notice. I would recommend purchasing from the appliance group what they advertise is exactly what you receive. Rocky is very good to communicate with, and their service is excellent very happy with the cooktop I have just purchased. If I need to purchase anything else I will go back to them first.

Rocky is a breath of fresh air from my perspective. His pricing is brilliant, and his response to my questions was first class. He despatched my new appliances quickly, and they turned up in just a few days. Don't mix Rocky's company up with a UK of the same name - Rocky and his company are just what everyone might like if they're after great products at great prices, supported by great service. Appliance Group are easy to order through, and have the best customer service. Our goods arrived safely well packed, complete with a hand written thank you note. Rocky answered questions in a timely manner and has excellent communication skills- nothing was a problem, the whole process was a pleasure. Prices are fantastic, we wish we had found them earlier.
