Very nice store. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Though some products doesn't last for very long and nothing was cheap. It was very easy to test things. Overall I would suggest this store.

Very neat store focu...

Very neat store focussing on skincare, hair care, soaps and fragrances all in all about 80+ formulations. From personal experience the products work well and highly recommend trying them. Staff are very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to understanding your specific needs and matching them to the best product.

One of the best retail shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at Aesop, Rundle St, late one cold and windy Friday night, with my little dog under my arm. I was looking like an absolute wreck. Without judgement, I was warmly greeted by the loveliest girls who offered me a cup of tea. Nothing was too much trouble and I was treated like a valued customer. Beside your gloriously luxurious products, your staff are an absolute credit to your company. Congratulations!

Want to shop for Xma...

Want to shop for Xmas gifts in a tranquil , calming space? Away from the craziness that is Rundle Mall. This was the best shopping experience in a long time. Product range is superb, but the knowledgeable and really helpful staff member made it perfect. No hurrying to make a decision, just really great customer service. I won’t ever shop for Aesop anywhere else... and lots of Aesop on future gift lists.

This was my first Ae...

This was my first Aesop store and will always be my favourite. They have a lovely aesthetic and listen to best accommodate the customer's needs, which have helped with some specific dry spots more than once. I'll keep coming back until my bathroom is full up with black and off-white bottles.
