Amazing service. Has been a customer for years. But stopped cause i moved to Hobart and had to stop wearing contact lenses for a little bit. Found them again and communicate through online. The lady was being very patience on helping me choose the ones i want. The delivery service from Melbourne to Hobart are quick too. I got mine within 2 working days and the product is amazing. I loved it. It's the most comfortable lens i've ever had. Thanks girls!

Whether you buy lenses at the shop or online the customer service is absolutely amazing. I got advised of everything right down to the moment my contacts got shipped. I've been getting my lenses here for years and am so happy they have an online store now that's we're in lockdown. Great prices as well and the shipping! They were sent Thursday morning and I got them the next morning. I can't talk more highly about this place. You guys are amazing!

10/10. I'm a beginner when it comes to contact lenses and this was my first time shopping for them. I talked to a worker in the chat function on their website. Not only did they respond quickly, they were very helpful, gave me advice as a first timer and answered all my questions. When I got there at the store in person today, the lady working there was sweet and considerate. She was patient with me and showed me demonstrations on what the lenses looked like on certain eye colours. She also gave me recommendations too. I'm heavily joyful about my first time here and it was a pleasant introduction on how to use contact lenses. I plan to come here in the future. 💪😼🔥

Amazingly knowledgeable and helpful team! Great for dress up parties or just dressing up in general. The girls at the front obviously have a lifetime of experience and will guide newcomers to the process with comfort. You won’t be upsold products you don’t need, simply given quality advice.
