Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park

I’m here right now and I’m being told that there are no “Real” king beds. I booked a king room and it’s clearly 2 twin beds pushed together and it’s not done correctly. It’s super uncomfortable and frustrating. If you care about your quality of sleep this is not a good place. Also it’s not soundproof at all I constantly hear sirens and outside noise. It’s a very pretty hotel otherwise.

Excellent location across from UTS and a reasonable walk to the harbor. Room is large and we'll appointed and the hotel is both clean and quiet. The staff are the best part, however - friendly and accommodating.

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Sydney Central Park has been an excellent experience in this beautiful city. As a traveler, I loved staying at this stunning Marriott property and being recognized as a Bonvoy Member. The location is perfect, being very close to Central Station and Haymarket's light rail, yet avoiding the hustle and bustle of Sydney's CBD hotels. The Front Desk team truly shines with their kindness, quick responses, and exceptional service. I am very grateful for all their assistance. The morning breakfast was truly spectacular; the chefs and restaurant team are very kind, and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. And don't be surprised if, upon check-in, the General Manager himself warmly welcomes you - it's evident that the entire hotel works as a cohesive team. This hotel embodies its core values of comfort, honest, uncomplicated. If I return to Sydney, I would definitely choose it again.

What a lovely hotel, check in was great, acknowledged Marriott status and upgraded to a suite. I met Debbie the robot vacuum cleaner on my floor. Used my complimentary drinks vouchers at the bar, free popcorn. Room was nice and clean, Koi desert bar over the road for a late night night cake. This is a good value for money hotel with strong service, happy staff and a great location.

The best 4 star hotel I have stayed in. Deserves to be rated 4.5 stars. Modern, central location and secure parking if you need it. No pool but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend.

Stayed here as a platinum member for four days and was very disappointed with the service. The room toiletries were never replenished (lotion, conditioner, body wash) and they never replenished the milk and coffee pods even though I had the room cleaned daily. Told the front desk about it on the 3rd day but nothing was done about it.

So the hotel itself is quite nice, very modern and new. I was put in the accessible room and the design was modern. The staff gave me 2 welcome drinks for every night I was staying which I thought was great. However, there is no overhead showerhead and there was still a "gift" from the previous guests still in the toilet. I would wish the housekeeping can check it before we checked in but it was a decent stay regardless.

It is an excellent hotel with outstanding hospitality! Shout out to lovely Julia from the restaurant, who received us with a big smile every morning! It is a 15-minute walk from Darling Harbour. Great location! It is very close to Central Station and Chinatown! One of the best experiences with Marriott so far!

Unsafe! Someone unlocked the door in the middle of the night. Only the mechanical latch stopped them coming in. Room 1113, on 05:45AM on Monday 29 July 2024 we heard the door unlock with someones swipe card and bang against the safety latch. They did not knock, call out, or say anything. Reported to front desk who said that they needed the manager to investigate. Booking #88277837 we WERE loyalty members. I'd love to hear from Marriott/Sheraton why all staff are trained to knock, announce themselves, and wait before opening doors. They have cameras. Who had a key and do they still work there?! Update: Hayden, Front Desk Manager, emailed apologies that staff knocked on the door. As if! Unlocked without knocking and we both happened to be already awake to hear it. 6AM is hours too early for housekeeping and way out of check-in times. Was it you, Hayden? Other than that we had a comfortable stay, liked the area, and had great service from Evangeline at check-in.

Had a decently good time here. Rooms were nice but could’ve been cleaner. Staff were extremely nice. We visited on a rainy week and were given complimentary umbrellas. Breakfast was decent. Location was 5 min to bus stations in both directions as well as 15min to Central station with light rail trains and bus. Overall, a pretty good hotel with maybe some room for improvement involving cleanliness.
