I recently had a fantastic experience with Ponchik Babies+Kids. I accidentally provided the wrong delivery address when ordering an item, but Eva the owner who I corresponded to was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make things right and was happy to send me a replacement item free of charge to my correct address. Eva was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciate her willingness to help me even though the mistake was entirely from my end. The quality of these pieces is incredible I could not be more impressed! Bought a blanket, knit top with matching shorts and a button up Cardigan and my baby is somehow even cuter and cuddlier in all of them I'm obsessed The Cardigan is size 000 and he wore it home from the hospital (oversized but adorable) and he's only just almost too big for it now at 5 months old! He wears the knit top oversized now with a long sleeve under for winter and I think it will be the perfect size to wear alone with the shorts when it's warm in Melbourne, so much value for money and they are just beautiful.
