I can't recommend this team enough! They are incredibly kind and have brilliant customer service skills. They additionally fixed my computer at a surprisingly cheap price!

Great Prices, Excell...

Great Prices, Excellent service and very helpful. I took my laptop there after my nephew stepped on the screen and it was a day later that I got the call that it was fixed. In my opinion that's pretty good. Very pleased :D

Faulty work and when...

Faulty work and when I returned the laptop the day after I picked it up he blamed me which meant he didn't have to honour his warranty. Expensive and no idea what I paid for the replacement items, whether they were new or reconditioned, or what the cost was for labour - did he do it or was it outsourced. Just an overall price on the invoice and wasn't very willing to give any detail. We have used him previously and have been generally happy with his work but this time I was very disappointed. Will not use again.

I recommend this place for computer repair service, they have really good customer service and the owner always kindly and rationally explain the computer problem for me. Their price is also affordable for students like me:)

What a great shop. Friendly, helpfull staff and if they dont have what you are after they can get it super fast! I was after a bunch of large hard drives, next day they had them. Very impressed

Great prices and ser...

Great prices and service. Unfortunately the 9th gen gigabyte B365M D3H motherboard my husband bought, only 2 of the 4 DDR4 RAM slots work. He has taken the computer to a tech expert and they diagnosed, channel A would not post whilst ram was installed in channel A. Having tried contacting Best Price Computers repeatedly the following day, after my husband purchased the motherboard and after the fault was diagnosed all subsequent phone calls have gone un answered. If some one could respond and get in contact, that with be greatly appreciated.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, awesome products and parts. Took my PC in with a slew of problems and left with none remaining. Good prices and quick fixes is what I was looking for and I found both of those here. Thanks Greg! :)

Fantastic customer s...

Fantastic customer service. Originally I called Best Price Computers (BPC) for a fan for my PC and over the phone I was provide with excellent advice and customer service. Today I visited the shop in Bailey's Arcade in Canberra City. The shop was very neat and was spotless which I've never seen at another Computer Repair and Service Shop. Once again I received outstanding and friendly service and without hesitation I recommend BPC to anyone and everyone.
