Women’s haircut - ridiculously short length hair and rude! First, I got waist long hair and he cut my hair really short (shoulder length) in the end even I told and reminded my expectations for a few times😭. And then he said, “It is almost the same” which is ridiculous. Because now it is the shortest hair I even had!! No listening to customer and straight cut out so many hair just so rude for the girls! Secondly, the hairdresser asked me to comb my hair myself and said my hair was tangled. The way he talked just rude and he answered all my questions impatiently. He looked like he just want to finish off so that he can get more money from the next customer. I did my hair a few years ago here too and suggested a few friends back that time. But now for sure, no more suggestions🫡 👋 It just ruined my mood totally today and don’t want other girls to be treated like that way! So I voice out

Professional staff, and easy to get a reservation, good location, and the hair cut I got was as good as the ones I usually get in Seoul. It seemed to be frequented by Canberran young professional men. The only iffy part was being charged $60 instead of the advertised $50 for a female cut, but it was worth it.

I’ve been going to J&J for over 3 years now and Jina and Joey never fail to impress me 😍 Their new staff are amazing too! They totally understand my hair cut preferences and are extremely experienced in their field. I’ve recommended all my girlfriends there and they love it!

Excellent service at very good price. It was quick too, only 25 minutes for a short hair cut. The lady who did the hair cut for me was so nice. She understood my expectations correctly and explained how she would do my hair, checking for my satisfaction during the process as well. Will definitely come back.

Went to Joey for a haircut. He did an amazing job in reshaping my hair which was in a really bad state and he was very sweet about the entire experience. Would definitely recommend this place. Getting a decent haircut place in Canberra is difficult but not anymore :)

I haven’t been to hair salon for 10 years because every times I went there, I always upset with the hair design or even dying my hair. I have decided to go to J&J salon, I had hi light and they caught that I was cutting my hair by myself lol! Then, I let them cut it for me to make it even. Anyway, I do appreciated for the services and the recommendations for the hair and colour. Recommended!! 👍👍👍

The hairstylist who cut my hair was very enthusiastic, but the technique was terrible. I don't expect to have my hair perfect, but this hairdresser didn't even have basic aesthetics. The front of my hair was trimmed to various length and completely inconsistent. It was a very special experience, and I will not recommend go there for haircuts at all！

I had an amazing experience with Sue who gave me the most beautiful balayage! She took the time and care to make sure it was just right with my black hair. I was very impressed by her and the salon services. Thank you Sue! Look forward to coming back.
