Great service, very affordable and extremely reputable. I went to pick my car up form a service and someone had let the tyre down. One of the mechanics stayed back for an hour to change the wheel over, noticed a few more issues and fixed them up, for no extra charge.

In their defense, I could not, but hoping, to expect them to do a pink slip when I turned up at 4pm. I explained to them my rego was going to expire that night. No solution offered other than "sorry we got alot on". Called up another Mechanic who also could not offer to do it on the same day, but offered a solution by booking it at 7am the next day. Said it was still okay to drive the car as long as it was booked in.

Have been taking our cars here for years. Exceptional service & work. Staff are always helpful, friendly and workshop immaculate.

Always great service from Andrew and the team at southern cross. They have been looking after our cars for over 5 years, we wouldn't trust any one else!

Worst experience ever . i asked the quote of my car service and plus AC filter and new wiper .he said he look it up car and let me know before start but he didn't call or noticed anything so i had to chase up the quote twice a day during my working hour and she who answered repeated they will call you but they didn't . and they did without my agreement and they charged 100 dollars more of what i guessed ..so i was not happy and so i asked him what happened and he said to me he call me twice and show me the call records but it was what i call him not him call me .(that day i asked my guest and bf why they didn't call me and i called twice!)and i tried to explain again and he told me you waste my time if u want to cheaper ,find someplace cheap .. we are so busy .if u don't want to pay i can put it back your dirty ac filter and wiper back and u pay for base full service 350 ..we don't discount .. if he was totally so rude and did not get what i meant .he was so aggressive and gave me very bad customer service .hope he knows what he missed for his business and know everyone is busy not only you.. the worst experience ever .

The work shop is immaculate and very professional, you can tell the guys have pride in their work and look after the customers. You're kept informed and up to date with the progress of your repair. Previously dealing with typical mechanics I wish I'd found Southern Cross Automotive years ago.

Great service and friendly and knowledgable staff. Andrew and his team have been looking after our cars for years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Always happy to help out with a loan car as well which is a bonus. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! 3rd time bringing my my car for issues that couldve been difficult to diagnose and all 3 times they fixed it. They are professional, fair and reasonable. We all know how difficult it can be to find a good mechanic. Definitely recommend, espcially with 4x4 vehicles.

Excellent service and very trustworthy. They have a key box so you can drop your car off and pick up after hours. I get my van serviced here every 6 months and every time I get great service and honest advice about what and when should be changed. They're a bit out of the way of most suburbs, near SYD airport, but absolutely worth the journey, will definitely continue to use and recommend. One time after a service my engine oil light came on indicating there was too much oil, I gave them a ring and they told me to bring it back and they completely drained and refilled the oil immediately as soon as I arrived on the spot and apologised profusely - there's not much more you can ask for when a mistake is made! Excellent service.

Spotless workshop with amazing mechanics who go out of their way to help you. I have multiple vehicles that I bring here. I even bring friends cars in here. Cannot recommend Andrew and the team more highly.

True Professionals!! My car had issue with performance and smoke. My regular place asked me to change the air sensor, which I did but that did not solve the issue. Later, they asked me to change the turbo and quoted me almost 5K for the replacement. But when I visited Southern Cross for the second opinion, I was told that my car has few known issues and that might be one of them. Later on the day I got a call and was told that turbo is ok just a pipe was busted and the replacement of which will cost around 800. They changed it and the car was ready to collect by 3PM. Not only they solve the issue but they told what was the issue and how they fix that. Thank you for your exceptional service. Would recommend any one for the service. Thanks !!
