I had some issues with my apartment after settlement. Geoff took the time to meet me at the apartment on multiple occasions to help me sort out the defects with the builder. Alpha14 really takes the time to make sure everything is OK, thank you.

I wanted to downsize...

I wanted to downsize and buying off the plan suited me the best. I am glad I went to Alpha 14. I felt like they were selling me a home rather than a cheap investment which will catch fire in 3 years. There are far too many investment homes in this city driving the prices up. I am happy with my apartment. Very honest group. most developers just want your money.
