I had received a very disappointing customer service from the agent. When I moved in to the property 3 months ago, she provided me with a report where it says that the flat was clean and in good condition and it was not, for example that the oven was clean and in fact it was full of grease, the aircon filter was clean but it was full of dust, that the carpet was professionally cleaned and it was full of cat hair from the previous tenant. Since day 1 there have been few minor issues that haven't been solved and every time I email Sharon she replies implying that I am bothering her and she has said that she has spent too much time emailing me even when I am saying I am so frustrated with the situation and the way she has treating me. If she had solved the issues long time ago we would have finished with all the emails. Also, she says she will get back to me some day and she never does until I have to contact her again. Today, the handyman replied to an email saying that my complaint is "bullshit" which I find extremely rude. What kind of professionalism does this company have? I had a good experience in Sydney buy in Hobart it has been awful.

Raine and Horne Hobart processed our application rapidly and the turn-around time from application to result was exceptional. This allayed our fears, and gave us a huge sense of relief after the delays we had been through with other agencies. Given the Covid restrictions were always looming in the background, booking furniture removal and being certain of accommodation after crossing Bass Strait were always time-reliant. So it was a definite moment of appreciation when our Raine and Horne agent, Sharon Taylor, emailed us with the good news of our acceptance. We cannot speak highly enough of the great service and clear communication we experienced. Sharon understood all of the issues of ending our current lease and packing-up and cleaning that place, while simultaneously organising accommodation, power and Internet in our new Hobart accommodation.
