A most excellent dining experience. The staff were careful and attentive. All four courses were beautifully presented and a delight to the senses. Everything was carefully balanced and prepared. My two companions shared similar sentiments. Highly recommended.

Bad service. After ordering, it took half an hour for drinks to be served. Other customers (who ordered later than us) all got their drinks. When we asked about our order, only got ‘yes yes’ as response. What did this mean?? Don’t think it is proper service etiquette. What's more, all our orders were served together, including salad, tortellini and steak (after waiting for almost an hour) which meant that my salad and ravioli were already ready in the next kitchen waiting for the waiter to serve. We heard the chef keeps ringing the bell, but our waiter is almost deaf. He turned around and around like an aimless butterfly, except doing the job. Finally, the chef himself brought the food to the bar, and a poor waitress brought it to us. By that time my fried ravioli was completely cold and not crispy at all! When we were not happy eating, oh, our waiter finally came, he came to urge us to pay the bill though.🙃

If you're looking for excellent service, amazing good, and stunning atmosphere and architecture, then this is your place. Food is quite reasonably priced considering its a hotel restaurant. The menu changes regularly, so don't expect a dish you had before to still be on their your next visit, but this is more than made up for by something equally fulfilling. My only gripe is you pay for bread, but considering the already well priced food, that aspect isn't enough to bring down the 5 star rating.
