Didn't at all have the bad experience so many seem to have had. Nayeem was fantastic and talked me through everything I needed to know, very friendly and did a great job of making me feel like a valued customer. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The two girls who helped me today were excellent; there was no waiting time and they fixed my problem efficiently and cheerfully- overall it was a very good experience

The worst customer service ever. The manager is the rudest women I ever came across in my life. I wanted to buy a IPhone 11 pro max and get my plan bundled up with my partner. Spending nearly $2200 I had a few questions and the manager did not bothered to give a proper answer or solution and but I insisted I do things in her manner. Her tone was way over the pitch needed. Worst worst worst store manager ever came across. If possible I would have given 0 stars not even worth one.

We cannot express our gratitude enough for the outstanding service we received from Prem, as part of buying our son a new mobile phone. He was amazing and understood exactly what we we after and didn't try to sell us a phone we didn't need. I would highly recommend Vodafone, Canberra City. Ask to speak with Prem!

The store manager went above and beyond in assisting me with finding the best device for me without exception. Great customer service from the team!

What a joke! Had the most ridiculous experience here at Vodafone centre. Went for porting my existing number from Telstra to Vodafone only to have ruined my number and lose it, moreover they didn’t fix anything while I waited at the store. I waited at the store for more than 3 hours upto 11pm but no help and just to be turned down and sent home. Literally ended up wasting my time. This wasn’t even a technical error but just true carelessness by the two ladies at the store that didn’t want to assist or help in any way. So far that they weren’t even apologetic for their mistakes. I then called them in the morning asking them to fix what they did and in their response they said they couldn’t help. This is honestly terrible. No assistance and only shown out the door loosing my phone number I’ve had for over 10 years. I will be escalating this matter for sure. I hope Vodafone hires some new staff more experienced and knowledgeable than this.

Turned my smashed Iphone 6 into a replacement Iphone 13, on the same month by month plan and same NBN bundle, in under 20min right before closing time. Very pro because this was all the time I had and the process was effortless and very professional. 100% would recommend.

I have a trouble with the wrong order sent to me by Vodafone Sales Rep telephone service team and really upset. I decided to go to the Civic store to speak with someone and Gavin has been so helpful to sort out the wrong order for me and so patient with me with registering new service. Can't thank enough for Civic team to turn my experience from terrible to excellent. Keep up good work guys and thank you for everything.
