I took a cab from city to Mascot, the driver knew exactly where to go and was very courteous and even opened the door for me. A pleasure to ride with and his taxi was so clean.

I made a booking online and was told that the booking would be confirmed shortly....24hours later nothing. I called the landline and got a recorded message to call nick on his mobile to check on the booking. He knew nothing about it, asked where I got his number from?? If you need a cab, DON"T ring these guys...hopeless.

**** DO NOT BOOK THIS TAXI CO **** One of this Taxi Co's cabs hit me on my motorbike, did not ask if I was okay and has since refused to pay for the bike damage. PLEASE JOIN ME IN BOYCOTTING THIS TYPE OF TAXI industry behaviour. See my court case against them below.

We went by taxi from Sydney Int. airport to Travelodge Hotel Sydney Wynyard - very close to Wynyard st. monday around 5 pm. The ride was smooth without any traffic jam at all. When arriving to the hotel the meter showed AUD 60,10. In it self this seemed to be expensive and on top of that the driver told us - when he found out that we would pay by cash that we had to pay another AUD 5,- for being picked up at the taxi stand at the airport(we did not call him). We do feel cheated - as it seems to be a lot more expensive compared to the prices you can find on the internet. It is such a shame that there are some taxi drivers who give the industry a bad reputation:-(. As we know who the driver is we have tried to contact the Company but so far we havn’t had any respond.
